It is so exciting to see teens do science that can potentially change the world. Where do they get this passion, this drive? Do our schools support this type of excellence? Does our environment. The stories of the girls tells us how hard it is to find adults who are willing to collaborate with kids.

The kids in the movie got their prizes at the Google Science Fair.
So, I ask myself where a kid here in Germany would be likely to get an experience like that?

KIT in Karlsruhe has a website where kids can submit their projects. It would be great to see projects on their site from past years to see what kids can do. For now, we can see what adults have done. Do you know of other places to experience science?
